Modular sensors for natural human-machine interaction and continuous processes (Faster)
Sub-project:
“Intelligent sensor inline 3D data stream optimization for natural human-machine interactions (ISI3DOPT)”
The focus of the sub-project is on the development of a highly integrated evaluation of camera sensor data that is flexible concerning of the 3D measurement process. The respective sensors work closely together with evaluation hardware, especially FPGAs, in order to significantly reduce the high latencies that have existed up to now between 2D data acquisition and 3D data reproduction for natural human-machine interaction.
